Google Apps - A Google solution for email.

To register : http://www.google.com/a/cpanel/domain/new and follow this instructions how to migrate from your existing boring webmail system to gmail like webmail.
Step 1: Choose a domain name, I use mazuhan.com as I sign up for my domain
Step 2: Sign up for Google Apps Standard Edition
To get started with Google Apps Standard Edition, you will need to fill out a few details about number of users, account administrator details and organization info.
In order to use this service, you also should be able to :-
- change your domain name MX record properly, if you don’t know how to this, please ask your DNS administrator / web hosting provider.
- to understand that if you cannot alter DNS records for the domain, It may impact your organization’s ability to use Google Apps and your email account will not working properly.
Step 3: Create your first administrator account .
It’s time to create your first administrator account.
- Fill out your administrator account information
- Accept / Agree the Terms and Conditions
After you fill out your administrator account and accept to continue with setup, you will receive an email from google-apps-do-not-reply@google.com to Google Apps: sign-up confirmation and how to verify the said domain.
Step 4: Verify the domain name ownership and activate Google Apps services.
The URL for domain verification should be :
https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/yourdomain.com/VerifyOwnership
There are two verification methods:
* Upload a special file to your site.
* Create a special CNAME record for your domain.
I choose “Change your CNAME record”
Once you choose :
1 Sign in to your DNS management page control panel ( if you don’t know, ask you domain or web hosting provider)
2.Google will tell you a unique string to create a new CNAME record
In my case : googleffffffffc857e95e . mazuhan.com
3. Point the CNAME record to: google.com

Typical setting for your DNS CNAME record should be like this:
googleffffffffc857e95e.mazuhan.com. IN CNAME google.com.
4. Once you have made the changes, you can verify that the record exists by doing a CNAME lookup for http://googleffffffffc857e95e.mazuhan.com .
Click on Verify button and you will forward to your Google Apps account panel with message “We are checking domain ownership. This may take 48 hours to complete”
Step 5 : Configuring Your MX Records
Again, if you don’t know how to do this, you may ask you DNS provider or administrator to modify your MX record.
Typical setting for MX record will be like this :
IN MX 1 ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
IN MX 5 ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
IN MX 5 ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
IN MX 10 ASPMX2.GOOGLEMAIL.COM.
IN MX 10 ASPMX3.GOOGLEMAIL.COM.
IN MX 10 ASPMX4.GOOGLEMAIL.COM.
IN MX 10 ASPMX5.GOOGLEMAIL.COM.
Your CNAME and MX record is now configured to point to Google. Keep in mind that changes to your DNS settings may take up to 48 hours to propagate throughout the Internet.
